Open Box Policy

• Save on shipping by keeping your items with us till you've decided to ship them or once you've hit the free shipping amount
• Boxes can be kept open up till 4 weeks
• Select the 'Open Box' option during checkout

Local Courier

• Local shipping is at a flat rate of $5
• Free local shipping for orders above $120
• Delivery takes around 1-3 working days after parcel has been picked up

International Shipping

• International shipping depends on weight of parcel and country of shipping
• Do drop us an email or reach out to us on Instagram to find out about the rates

Exchange / Returns

Claims made are final and there will be no exchange / refunds for any items. By purchasing from Soleil Co, the customer understands that there may be some slight differences in colour due to different lighting conditions.

In the event that you receive your item broken, store credits might be provided depending on the situation.
